Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our client base. Your job is simple in concept: identify companies that are hiring, get them on the phone with our founder, and help turn conversations into partnerships. You’ll be trained on exactly how we do it.

This role is commission-based and remote, making it a great fit for a college student looking to build real-world sales skills, or a self-motivated professional ready to earn based on results.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify target companies actively hiring sales and account executive roles
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce CTF’s recruiting services
  • Book discovery calls between prospects and CTF’s founder
  • Track and manage outreach activity in our CRM
  • Follow up consistently to build and nurture a warm pipeline
  • Collaborate with our team to understand current candidate inventory and open needs

Who We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator — comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need someone standing over them to stay productive
  • Organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Genuinely curious about business and how companies hire
  • No prior recruiting or sales experience required — we’ll train you
  • College students welcome; this role qualifies for academic internship credit in many programs

Compensation

This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role. You earn when CTF closes a deal with a client you brought in. There is no cap on your earning potential. For college students, this role may also qualify for academic internship credit — we’re happy to work with your institution.

How to Apply

Submit your resume to careers@corporatetalentfinder.com and a brief note about why this opportunity interests you through the form below. No cover letter required — just tell us a little about yourself.

Independent Recruiting Partner

1099 Contract | Commission-Based | High Autonomy

We’re looking for an experienced recruiting professional ready to build and own their book of business within a collaborative, founder-led environment.

This is a true partnership opportunity — not a job. You bring the hustle, relationships, and recruiting instincts; we bring the brand, infrastructure, and support to help you scale.

  • Business Development — Identify and cultivate new client partnerships and search assignments within your target market
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting — Source, vet, and present top-tier sales talent from first call to offer acceptance
  • Market Strategy — Build and execute your own approach to penetrating your niche
  • Relationship Management — Serve as the go-to partner for your client and candidate portfolio

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships
  • Self-directed with your own tools, workflow, and professional discipline
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — you want to run your desk like your own business

The Structure

  • Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Compensation: Uncapped, performance-based commission
  • Flexibility: You control your schedule, location, and process
  • Market: DFW Metroplex — local presence and networks are a plus

Why CTF

We’re a growing boutique firm with a hands-on founder who has spent 10+ years in full-cycle recruiting. You won’t get lost in a big agency structure here — you’ll get a real partner invested in your success.
